You have to set domain B as an alias

As I can understand from your configuration, DominoDomain_B doesn't exist so it can't be converted. Domino Domains are connected to Notes certifier. If you have 1 Notes certifier you can have 1 Domino Domain. To 1 Domino Domain can correspond many internet domains. The better solution, in my opinion, is to set the second internet domain as an alias and keep only 1 Global Domain Document.
